ISSUE/PROBLEM: Novell has officially discontinued all sales and support for Multiuser DOS 5.0 & 5.1 as of 5/1/93. As a result Novell has contracted with three companies for distribution and development of DR Multiuser DOS 5.0 & 5.1. Those companies and respective areas that they support are as follows: Concurrent Controls, Inc.(CCI) (USA, Canada, & Latin America) Datapac Australasia (Australia & Asia-Pacific) Intelligent Micro Software Limited (IMS) (Europe, Africa, & Middle East) SOLUTION: Customers can contact one of the three following companies. Annual support contracts are also available with substantially reduced charges per call. Free support is available for all sites of dealers who regularly purchase from CCI. Free support is also provided through the CCI 24 hour bulletin board.
